1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- Wrong product received compared to what was ordered.
- Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the sacred and personal nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return or replacement unless damaged or incorrect:
- Rudraksha
- Mala
- Yantra
- Shankh
- Navratna Items
- Any energized or ritual-activated products
- Customized or personalized items

Include your order number, clear product images, and reason for return.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product back. Return courier cost may be borne by the customer unless our mistake.
4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time typically:
- UPI / Wallets: 2–4 working days
- Credit/Debit Card / Net Banking: 5–10 working days
If the product is not accepted for return after inspection (due to misuse, damages, altered condition), no refund will be provided.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Refunds for cancelled orders follow our standard refund timeline.
6. Missing or Damaged Items
If your order is missing items or arrives damaged, contact us immediately within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos and unboxing proof.
7. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. You may apply for a return (if eligible) and place a new order for your preferred product.
8. International Orders
International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of shipping damage or incorrect product delivery.
